Payments, Fees and Cancellation Policy

Payment and Fees

All the sessions are 60 minutes in duration. Individual sessions are $170/hr. Couples and Family Therapy sessions are $186/hr. Payments are done before or after each session by cash or e-transfer. Sliding scale rates are available if you don't have insurance.

Extended Health Coverage

A receipt will be provided after a payment has been received. If you have coverage for a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW), you can submit the receipt to your insurance company to claim your money back.

24-hour Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Without this notice, there will be a full fee charged unless there are justifying circumstances. It is your responsibility to pay outstanding balances after each session (unless it is funded and approved by F&CS or Victim Services).
