I have been providing trauma specific therapeutic approaches such as EMDR therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy as well as Trauma Focused - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help adults, children and teens heal from their trauma experiences.
EMDR therapy can help you heal from your traumatic or disturbing experiences and eliminate/reduce your symptoms such as anxiety, depression, nightmares, flashbacks and a lot more.
I use Emotionally Focused Therapy with individuals, couples and families. We are all wired for connection and should not go through hardship, pain, sadness and fear by ourselves.
